    What are we looking for?

    Reporting to the Manager of Global HRIS, the HRIS Analyst is responsible for the daily support and maintenance of the global HCM system, support during implementation of various HR modules, and serving as Tier 1 support for post-live activities. The HRIS Analyst will assist various subject matter experts in ensuring data quality, testing of changes, and report writing activities.

    Your tasks and responsibilities...

    • Assist with global HRIS rollout by actively participating in the overall project plan and adhering to documented milestone dates.
    • Accurately document updates to testing plans and interfaces.
    • Lead activities related to testing for both subject matter experts and end users.
    • Execute daily maintenance activities including but not limited to role assignments, security audits, organization set, etc.
    • Support configuration efforts to help solve for unique and complex business needs.

    Who you are...

    • 3-5 years of experience supporting an HRIS system, understanding HR Business Processes, and fundamental knowledge of HCM data structure. Workday HCM experience a plus.
    • Solid understanding of the data management principles
    • Ability to understand business requirements to deliver appropriate project outputs
    • Ability to multi-task between different priorities, while ensuring milestone deadlines are met
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Support of Workday HCM
    • Served as a member of global implementation project(s)
    • 3-5 years of experience supporting an HRIS system globally
