    What are we looking for?

    Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist and coordinator will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors to the Company’s headquarters, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, scheduling interviews as well as general clerical duties.

    Your tasks and responsibilities...

    • Greets and directs visitors in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
    • Answers main phone number for the Beachwood Headquarters building, transferring callers to requested associates and/or obtaining information from the caller to direct to the appropriate contact with the company.
    • Must be willing to learn various products, processes and contacts across the company in order to handle incoming calls appropriately.
    • Works closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to schedule on-site interviews, often with complex availability and changing schedules.
    • Schedules and coordinates needs for conference rooms as needed.
    • Assists with emergency procedures for Beachwood Headquarters building.
    • Coordinates express package pickups, deliveries and ordering of needed supplies (FedEx, UPS, etc).
    • Assists HR with events, mailings, invoices, etc. (samples, envelope stuffing, etc).
    • Miscellaneous administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and other special projects as needed.

    Who you are...

    • High school diploma (or equivalent GED)
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Possession of strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a professional appearance (business casual)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as to accept direction on given assignments
    • Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates
