This role reports directly to the Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability Manager and is responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordinating of preventative, predictive and regular maintenance work as well as the analysis of the work order information, project demands and maintenance execution to identify opportunities to improve processes. This position is accountable for maintaining SAP, training employees on SAP and ensuring that required inspections are completed and documented on a timely basis. This position will also actively participate in activities related to maintenance and reliability excellence including root cause failure analysis and procedure standardization. Responsibilities also include the management of MRO and spare parts inventories as well as developing weekly and shutdown schedules.
This safety critical position is responsible for planning Mechanical and I&E maintenance work to improve maintenance work efficiency and reduce costs. The basic function of this role within the Maintenance Workflow is to develop detailed job plans to plan, schedule, and coordinate all routine and shutdown maintenance work. The job plans must fully satisfy the notification scope and include all material, services, resources and appropriate individual operations or tasks. This position must insure that sufficient amount of work is planned to maintain plant reliability.
