In 2019, OMNOVA Solutions will be making its first ever application to be recognized in the North Coast 99, a program that honors 99 best places to work for top talent in Northeast Ohio. The program was developed and is sponsored by the ERC, a leading HR training, consulting and resource organization. We are creating a co-op opportunity for someone to manage and document the process culminating OMNOVA’s application for North Coast 99 recognition.
The application process for the North Coast 99 program requires learning a great deal about our organization. Through implementing surveys, gathering information about our employees’ perceptions and attitudes, and gathering and organizing additional data, you as the project manager will learn a great deal about our company and how the HR department works.

This full time (40 hours), paid co-op opportunity is available to seniors in an HR major. You must be in good academic standing and have the recommendation of one professor within the department of your major. The position is located in Beachwood, Ohio, and will run from January to the end of the semester in early May, 2019.
