The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) Portfolio and the development / coordination / implementation, and maintenance of the Plants ISO system. The Quality Manager will act as the primary point of contact on all quality process improvement efforts. The individual will directly manage all quality and ISO personnel. They will be fully accountable for making sure the Quality Management System is functioning in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring alignment with the Global QMS / Continual Improvement processes with an ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction. The quality team will be the experts on the quality system for the plant. The Quality Manager will need to effectively utilize the expertise of their team and hold them accountable to supporting quality improvement efforts in the plants. They must be agile and be able to quickly work with their teams to identify and resolve issues as well as identify opportunities and take action to continuously improve results. This role will collaborate with the technology team on a regular basis as well as interface with the global quality, business and commercial teams frequently. They must be able to pro-actively and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization as well as customers.
