The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program will provide you to develop your technical expertise while developing your leadership skills. You will have the opportunity to help shape the operational and business strategies in the areas of planning, logistics, and SOIP. You will also develop your leadership skills by leading different teams at one of our manufacturing facilities. Your work will provide strategic solutions for OMNOVA’s global business and manufacturing operations.
The Leadership Development Program is a two-year program that will help sharpen your leadership skills, advance your technical skills and take your passion for engineering to the next level. The two-year program will give you three (3) rotational job assignments focused on strategic initiatives for our business and our plant operations. After successfully completing the program, you will be placed in a highly impactful operations role within our Engineered Surfaces business.

To Apply for the Information Technology Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics or related field
Skills: 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate to one of our domestic manufacturing sites and have the ability travel internationally.
Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the Unites States is required
Start date: June 25, 2018
